When you enroll as a student or subscriber (“learner”) on our site or related courses, as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address.
Email: we may send you emails about our site, registration, course content, your course progress or course updates. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the course.
2.How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to become a learner on our site, make a purchase, or participate in the course, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
Mailing lists – I collect data (e.g. names, email addresses and country of residence) that is stored on a private secured offline file and might be stored on the Mailchimp service for the purpose of communication of educational material and advertising of online and in person training courses, books and related products. This data is not used for any other purpose or by any other individual or company. By completing the subscribe form on this website interested individuals are opting in to this service. I make use of an App called Poptin that displays a popup which enables you to sign up for my newsletter. Certain of your details are stocked on Poptin in order to ensure that when you have signed up, this popup will not show up to you anymore. I also make use of an App called Typeform that displays a chat box under the form of a survey which enables you to ask me for personalized information and to sign up for my newsletter. Your answers are stored on Typeform but I remove the answers on a regular basis and stock only relevant information on a private secured offline file. I do not ever sell information to third parties. My website contains links to other sites which are out-of my control and governed by their own privacy policies.
How do I withdraw my consent?

4.Thinkific
Our course and site is hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you.
Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
5.Payment:
If you make a purchase, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and related courses and its service providers.

The host of the webshop is Ecwid which stores the cookies from 1 hour up to a maximum of 42 days after which your consent is asked again. This webstore also has its own Privacy Policy.
